  • Supports the creation of accessible course materials when required.
  • Provides training sessions on best practices within the scope of work.

Working Hours: 19.5 hours per week

Daily Work Shift: Day

Work Arrangement: Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 or the applicable provisions of relevant collective negotiations agreements, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Flexible work arrangements are not permanent, subject to change or discontinuation, and contingent on the employee receiving approval in the FlexWork@RU Application System.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, rules, and regulations of exams.
  • Excellent communication skills: listening, oral, and writing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and web development software.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous work in disability services and/or study in the visual arts fields is a plus.
