Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, campus recruiting, HR/talent programs, internship or co-op administration, or similar role.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, project work, and performance expectations for students or early-career talent.
• Certifications preferred (e.g., PHR/SHRM-CP, project management, career coaching).

Responsibilities

• Defines project and program objectives and ensures preliminary activities are completed for effectiveness.
• Ensures projects/programs are completed per requirements, with focus on specifications, costs, resources, and timeliness.
• Documents all phases of development and reports information to other functions.
• Optimizes use of all material and financial resources.
• Collaborates with staff to maximize productivity and performance.
