Job summary

UC Davis Health in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Academic HR Analyst 2 CX to support Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Transplant Nephrology divisions within Internal Medicine. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, visas, and broader HR transactions across multiple units.

The incumbent reports to the Division Manager and collaborates with division leadership and the Academic Personnel Manager to ensure compliant, timely personnel actions and reporting.

Qualifications

• MinimumBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting faculty, managers, or executives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR administration including data reporting.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Academic personnel administration for Health Compensation Faculty.
• Manage academic staff HR administration and general staff HR tasks.
• Support division administration and department leadership.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, visas and personnel processes.
