RFCUNY seeks an Integrated Advisor for the CUNY Inclusive Economy Initiative at Hunter College. Join a team that builds career pathways for undergrads, connects them with internships and full-time roles, and coordinates peer networks and employer engagement across NYC.

On-site four days, remote one day weekly, grant-funded through 2027. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and experience in academic or career advising, coaching, and program tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and ability to gain confidence of others in advising.
• Experience in academic or career advising or coaching is preferred.
• Ability to deliver job-related services and adult basic skills training.
• Understanding of academic programs, majors, and student progress.
• Knowledge of employer recruitment practices and use of tracking tech.

Responsibilities

• Create career pathways and connect students with internships or full-time opportunities.
• Provide group and 1:1 activities to help students set goals and plan courses.
• Develop cohort identity and expand exposure to careers and required courses.
• Assess student progress and adjust programs using tracking technology.
• Collaborate with advisers and departments on employer insights and curricula.
