Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 2 years ABA experience required.
• Experience implementing and/or designing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other diagnoses.
• Fluency in American Sign Language or a second spoken language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and target behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct ABA services to clients, implementing interventions and teaching new skills.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers and direct care staff.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams; maintain up-to-date client records and session notes.
