Job summary

Catalight in Burlingame, CA seeks an experienced Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead care teams serving children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. You will develop and supervise ABA-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs and program supervisors, and ensure high-quality service delivery across client homes and clinics.

You will administer assessments like VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, and EFL, uphold HIPAA and BACB ethical standards, and collaborate closely with families and providers to improve

Qualifications

Master's degree in related field and BCBA/BCBA-D in good standing.
3 years of experience with autism; experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, or Essentials for Living.
2+ years supervisory experience directing staff and teams.
Knowledge of HIPAA and BACB ethics.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans empowering independence and communication.
Supervise and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs; conduct fidelity checks.
Design data collection procedures and monitor client progress; report to insurers.
Collaborate with families and service providers to extend ABA beyond sessions.
