Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment, assess patient progress, and coach behavioral technicians.

You will design treatment plans, collaborate with caregivers and payers, and ensure high-quality ABA services across multiple settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. Required are a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and payers; communicate treatment progress.
• Monitor treatment integrity and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and keep patient records updated.
• Provide direct clinical supervision within center, homes, schools, or telehealth.
