Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking an ABA Program Supervisor to lead assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and provide direct services to children with ASD. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of ABA experience.
• Significant knowledge of ABA principles and applications.
• Experience supervising RBTs or direct care staff.
• Familiarity with HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments using VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
• Provide direct ABA services to clients and teach new skills.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff to ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress with data and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain client records and reports.
• Participate in team meetings and stay updated with ABA research.
