Job summary

Catalight is seeking a Program Supervisor to conduct assessments, design and implement ABA programs, and provide direct services to children with ASD. The role includes supervising caregivers and collaborating with families, in a mix of telehealth, in-clinic and in-home sessions across several CA regions.

The position emphasizes data-driven treatment planning, team collaboration, and staying current with ABA practices. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 2 years of ABA experience required.
• Candidates with 12 semester units in ABA will be considered if close to meeting the experience requirement.
• Significant knowledge of ABA and familiarity with community resources and agencies serving children.
• Experience implementing/ designing ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and target behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and ABA best practices.
• Provide direct ABA services to clients and teach new skills.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers and direct care staff, ensuring fidelity and providing training.
• Monitor progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals in the client’s care.
