Job summary

ADP Retirement Services is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I to serve as the key client owner and single point of contact for 401k implementations and mergers. You will guide the process from sale through transition to ongoing Client Services, coordinating multiple internal and client stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in client service or project management, and balances client-facing responsibilities with detailed project execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service/support or project management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across internal departments, client, and advisors to ensure a successful implementation.
• Conduct welcome calls and explain the implementation process to clients.
• Coordinate data transfer, blackout notices, and conversion activities to production go-live.
• Review conversion data and ensure timely client communications and data approvals.
• Participate in team projects and assist with non-standard client issues.
