Job summary

ADP Retirement Services is hiring an Implementation Project Manager I. You will be the key client owner and single point of contact for the 401k implementation and/or merger for our clients, from sale through transition to Client Services.

As the lead, you will coordinate with internal ADP teams, guide clients through the process, and ensure a smooth conversion, with emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service/support or project management experience
• High school diploma is required
• This is an hourly position, so overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Project manages multiple internal departments, client, financial advisors and prior recordkeeper to ensure a successful implementation.
• Assist client with prior recordkeeper notification and obtaining a liquidation date.
• Provide the client with a blackout notice and explain legal responsibilities for notifying participants.
• Manage transfer of plan assets and participant records with client providers and internal ADP teams.
• Establish Payroll Input calls to review payroll deductions and compliance coding.
• Collaborate with client, prior recordkeepers and internal ADP for missing information to complete conversion.
• Prepare and distribute all applicable client conversion communications.
• Document according to department standards and coordinate transition to Client Services.
