Elevance Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Account Manager for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. This hybrid role requires 1–2 days in-office weekly, with alternate locations possible within commuting distance. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm EST.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations and/or customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and account management for large payor accounts.
• Direct and manage administration of payor contractual requirements and obligations.
• Assist with management of new and renewal implementation for accounts.
• Interface with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain ongoing payor account relationships at multiple levels within health plans and PBMs.
• Make recommendations for improvements to meet expectations.
• Provide on-site and off-site customer service including plan design interpretation, researching and resolving inquiries, and resolving claims and enrollment issues.
• Prepare and submit health plan and PBM reports and metrics.
• Program manage payors and payor contracts.
