Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a System Support Engineer to join the Network Operations Center (NOC) team in Wilmington, MA. You will monitor and maintain automation systems at customer sites, coordinate with engineering, and drive rapid resolutions to incidents.

The role includes on-call rotations and hybrid work with two on-site days per week and two remote days, supporting a 24/7 operations model across global installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or CS.
• 2+ years in technical support, NOC, or site reliability.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Python scripting.
• Experience with dashboards or monitoring tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for live site operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Support incident response, triage, escalation, and communications.
• Partner with software, hardware, and systems teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor system performance and maintain high availability.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and corrective actions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and 10x7 support.
• Work on-site in MA and hybrid schedule.
