Lockheed Martin is seeking an HWIL Software Integration Engineer (E3) to support the development, integration, and verification of real‑time HWIL simulations that couple missile hardware with software models. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and active clearance, working under senior guidance.

You will contribute to integration strategies, timing budgets, and verification plans, collaborating with government and industry partners across multidisciplinary teams while operating

Qualificações

• 3+ years of software development, real-time integration, and HWIL environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field; Master’s preferred.
• Active Secret clearance (interim required at start).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain software architecture for HWIL test-beds.
• Support real-time code standards, low-latency data paths, and deterministic execution.
• Integrate missile flight software, guidance algorithms, and sensor models into closed-loop simulations.
• Coordinate hardware/software integration, debug interfaces, and data integrity.
• Operate RF testing and test equipment to support software integration.
