Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Stepdown RN with HVTI telemetry experience for a hospital assignment in Ohio. Requires an active RN license (Ohio or Compact) and a minimum of 12 months in stepdown care. Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate testing.

Responsibilities include nursing care in HVTI-Stepdown, with potential to float to J1-2, J33, and ED. Work 3x12-hour shifts (days or nights) with some holiday coverage, in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) in hand, no pending licenses accepted.
• Minimum 12 months of combined permanent experience in the stepdown specialty.
• Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work in the HVTI-Stepdown unit of a hospital setting.
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for the same patient population.
• Provide stepdown-level nursing care to a cardiac/telemetry patient population.
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate.
