Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, work in a safe manner, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery in a high paced environment.
• Understanding and knowledge of measuring units.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all tasks related to the manufacturing of Liquid HVP product and Spray Drying of Liquids into Powder form.
• Perform all quality checks on product to ensure it meets customer specifications.
• Perform all tasks related to Packaging and Sanitation and assist with all HVP operations.
• Load hoppers and reactors with accurate quantities of raw materials.
• Produce reactions and transfer product to holding vessels.
• Run equipment related to the drying process and communicate with packager to meet daily goals.
• Manage liquid intermediates and drying parameters to maximize output and meet quality specs.
• Document production and quality tests; troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Support SSOP and SOP creation for equipment.
