Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a HVP Technical Operator for 2nd shift to oversee Liquid HVP manufacturing and the spray drying of liquids into powder. You will run equipment, ensure product quality, and perform sanitation and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities include loading hoppers, transferring products, quality testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining GMP/SOPs for a high-paced operation. On-site role with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and 5% shift differential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, work safely, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery in a high paced environment.
• May be certified in packaging room for coverage during absences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of Liquid HVP and spray drying to powder.
• Perform quality checks to meet customer specs.
• Packaging and sanitation; assist with HVP operations.
• Load hoppers/reactors, produce reactions, transfer product.
• Troubleshoot equipment and conduct basic maintenance.
