Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, work in a safe manner, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery in a high paced environment.
• Understanding and knowledge of measuring units.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based on duties, employee may be required to wear a respirator after a Doctor’s approval and successful passing of the fit and pulmonary test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of Liquid HVP product and spray drying of liquids into powder.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Packaging, sanitation, and assist with HVP operations.
• Load hoppers and reactors with raw materials and manage production parameters.
• Document production and quality tests and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
