Job summary

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred), English reading/comprehension, basic math, and forklift certification. 1st shift 6:00a–2:30p; onsite with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the Food Industry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate in English, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Complete Forklift Certification.
• Multitask in a safe manner; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of safe chemical operation and handling.

Responsibilities

• Accurate weighing of raw materials.
• Following the production schedule.
• Maintaining performance goals.
• Sanitation of batching area.
• Transferring and deducting raw materials.
• Following all proper batching procedures.
• Working overtime when necessary.
• Working all scheduled inventories.
• Filling out daily batching schedule control.
