Job summary

Copeland Education Services Manager role based in Sidney, OH, with hybrid work expectations. You will design HVAC/R training curricula, develop engaging content, and coordinate ongoing programs for contractors and internal staff.

You will lead projects, collaborate with SMEs, manage the training budget, and measure learning outcomes to continuously improve programs. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, HR or related discipline is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced credentials and leadership roles.
• Experience with modern instructional design and LMS tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design trainings/curriculum focused on HVAC/R.
• Create monthly department statistic report.
• Manage department assets (shipments, quantity, condition).
• Lead and expand trainings and learning activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate content and needs assessment.
• Assess outcomes and revise materials for effectiveness.
