Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources or a related discipline.
• 5 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
• Experience with Articulate 360.
• Proven track record of training program development and management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Design trainings and curriculum focused on HVAC/R.
• Create monthly department statistic reports.
• Manage department assets (shipments, quantity, condition).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop courses and materials.
• Assess learning outcomes and revise materials for relevancy and quality.
• Moderate or facilitate virtual training events and assist with in-person events.
