Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies leader, seeks an Education Services Manager based at our Sidney, OH headquarters. You will design HVAC/R training curricula, manage projects, and partner with SMEs to produce classroom, online, and blended learning experiences.

You will lead learning initiatives, measure outcomes, monitor budgets, and travel up to 10% to support internal and external learners. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources or a related discipline is required.
• 5 years of related work experience required.
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
• A proven track record of training program development and management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and maintain a budget.
• Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects.
• Experience with Articulate 360.
• Ability to travel up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Design trainings/curriculum focused on HVAC/R.
• Create monthly department statistic report.
• Manage department assets (shipments, quantity, condition).
• Look for opportunities to streamline and expand trainings.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce courses (classroom, scenario-based, and online).
• Assess performance outcomes to ensure instructional effectiveness and update courses as needed.
• Monitor industry trends and propose on-demand education topics and delivery methods.
• Explore new technologies for instructional problems and performance improvement.
• Moderate or facilitate virtual training events for internal and external learners.
• Assist in managing in-person training events.
• Collaborate with team and marketing to promote all training.
