Responsibilities

• Performs highly skilled HVACR work on heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Operates, maintains, installs, and repairs complex HVACR systems including Freon and chilled water.
• Monitors and troubleshoots computerized control systems for airflow and system performance.
• Plans and estimates materials and cooling requirements for tasks.
• Interprets psychrometric charts and conducts fuel tests and water treatment adjustments.
