You will analyze customer and market trends, define vision and long-term roadmaps, and partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to commercialize new products. Qualifications

• BS in engineering or STEM field required.
• 5+ years of leadership in Product Management or related roles.
• Proven lifecycle management experience across global markets.
• Strong ability to balance feature prioritization and roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and performance of a strategic portfolio.
• Develop deep customer and market insights for growth.
• Define product vision, positioning, and long-term roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to bring products to market.
• Build business cases and guide investment decisions.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and product performance to drive success.
