Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and through email.
• Process sales orders, quotes, returns, and inquiries accurately.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and applications.
• Support customers with product information and order status updates.
• Follow up on quotes and open orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse personnel, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support inventory activities, including receiving, stocking, and order pulling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter area.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
