Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, LLC, a leading HVAC/R distributor, is recruiting a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative to grow sales across assigned accounts and build strong relationships with licensed dealers and contractors.

The role reports to the Branch Sales Manager, offering performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a national HVAC leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license must be obtainable and maintained.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales potential by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Support Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customers.
• Provide input to Wholesale Management on products to stock and levels.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Recruit regular new accounts to grow the list.
• Travel to locations for training sessions and meetings as needed.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate energy, motivation, and proactive work style.
• Be results- and team-oriented.
