Responsibilities

• Maximize Sales Potential: Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Customer Profiles: Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Support Sales Associates: Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Promotions: Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
• Account Reviews: Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Product Management: Provide input to Wholesale Management on stocked products and stock levels.
• Mentorship: Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.
• Technology Utilization: Learn and use internal technology offerings.
• Continued Learning: Stay current on sales training courses.
• Recruiting: Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• Travel: Occasional travel to locations for training, meetings, or events.
