Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a skilled residential HVAC Warranty Technician to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues on customer sites. You will educate customers, manage on-site inventories, and document all work per company procedures, maintaining professionalism at every step.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, clear communication with customers, and dependable performance in a fast-paced field service environment in Mooresville, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC services.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential HVAC systems
• Identify & communicate HVAC issues with customers
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs
• Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
