Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing is a family-owned home service company in Indiana hiring an HVAC Installer to join a growing team. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and water heaters, read blueprints, and ensure proper operation with thorough testing.

You’ll also educate homeowners and complete project paperwork with pride in quality work. The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and efficient on-site time management as you support a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time and work efficiently on job sites.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, boilers, and water heaters.
• Install related piping, electrical, and HVAC components.
• Start up and test newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues when they arise.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and basic maintenance.
• Complete installation documentation and required paperwork.
