Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in a customer service role, preferably handling warranty claims and/or scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound warranty service calls in a courteous and effective manner.
• Schedule warranty service, maintenance, and new installation appointments.
• Provide appointment reminders and status updates to customers.
• Update customer warranty information in tracking systems.
• Coordinate with the service team to dispatch technicians by skill and location.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with customers and builders.
• Resolve warranty or maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
