Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and/or installation.

• Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate service documentation.
• EPA Certification is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and recall service work across HVAC Service/Maintenance and Installation departments.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide technical support to HVAC technicians in the field.
• Document service work thoroughly, including warranty-related forms in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate recall-related findings to managers within 24 hours.
