Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning in Martinez, CA seeks an HVAC Warranty Technician to diagnose and repair Service Champions Home Comfort systems, applying advanced diagnostics and equipment forensics to uphold warranty standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform high priority duties daily.
• Quality-focused with attention to detail.
• Experience brazing and evaporator removal/reinstallation on charged systems.
• Troubleshooting TXV, Honeywell Zone Systems, Static Pressure Systems.
• Electrical systems troubleshooting and zone system communication.
• Up-to-date knowledge of codes in the territories served.
• Technical knowledge of company equipment, Water Heater, and Pure Flow processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• EPA 608 Core and Type II Certification maintained.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC home comfort systems.
• Lead and coordinate installation projects.
• Clean the project area after completion.
• Keep a clean and organized vehicle.
• Communicate with the client before, during, and after the project and handle paperwork.
• Ensure jobsite safety and PPE compliance.
• Run all assigned calls, including across territories.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Know and follow Injury and Illness Prevention Plan for safety.
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
