Job summary

Homans Associates II LLC is seeking a Warranty Processing Manager to lead end-to-end warranty processing for HVAC equipment. This on-site role in Wilmington, MA, reports to the Warranty Department and involves overseeing claim intake, validation, submission, and resolution while driving KPI improvements.

The candidate should have 3+ years in warranty administration for HVAC distribution, strong documentation, ERP experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warranty administration or returns/RMA in HVAC distribution.
• Experience with warranty documentation and HVAC parts basics.
• Experience using ERP/returns systems with high data-entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim intake, validation, submission, tracking, and resolution.
• Confirm claim eligibility and required documentation.
• Serve as escalation point with manufacturers for requests and disputes.
• Lead and coach the warranty team; maintain SOPs and training.
• Track KPIs and improve cycle time, aging, denials causes.
• Occasional travel to other branches.
