Role

The parts department is excited to roll out a brand-new Warranty team. As our Claim Processor, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing warranty and parts claims efficiently and accurately. This role ensures that claims comply with company policies, industry standards, and contractual agreements. You’ll work with Parts teammates and leadership across the country as a part of a dynamic, nationwide team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process warranty claims for HVAC parts, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all documentation and resolutions.
• Customer point of contact for all claim status and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Communicate with Service and Sales teams to maintain smooth cross‑functional relationship and visibility.
• Track part orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze trends to track inventory and usage of products.
• Maintain records, generate status reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field, particularly in the HVAC industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and components is a plus.

Pay

$55,000 – $68,500 per year DOE.
