N & S Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Fishkill, NY location. The role focuses on resolving warranty issues, managing vendor credits and RGAs, and processing HVAC warranty claims, with emphasis on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Prospective candidates should have warranty/purchasing experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Eclipse Solar), and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

N&S Supply, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team in our Fishkill NY location. Join our team and be part of a growing company that offers competitive pay, great benefits and room for advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Resolve any warranty and defective issues and concerns.
• Resolve pending credits with vendors.
• Manage, process, and reconcile vendor warranty credits and RGA numbers.
• Return Goods Queue – Confirm all information is correct and call customer if needed for additional information before creating a neg PO.
• Obtain RGA’s from vendors, submit claim and follow up on RGA credits.
• Process HVAC warranty claims, including standard warranty claims and special concession claims.

Additional Requirements/Responsibilities :

• Working ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other office equipment.
• Warranty/Purchasing experience preferred.

Pay Range $22-25/hr.
