Job summary

Gemaire Distributors, a wholesale HVAC equipment distributor in North Carolina, is seeking a Warehouse Associate. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, receiving, stocking, and order verification, while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

You will contribute to timely order fulfillment, maintain equipment, and provide dependable service to customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products daily.
• Receive, inspect and stock merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders and prepare shipments.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift maintenance checklist.
• Operate OF device and keep it in good condition.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Read orders to determine items to move and ship.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Keep warehouse and grounds neat, safe for staff and customers.
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
