Job summary

You will operate forklifts, verify shipments, maintain safety standards, and support a dynamic team in a fast-paced HVAC wholesale environment. Candidates should have 24 months truck-driving experience and a commitment to reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 22’ minimum box truck, or stake bed truck.
• Ability to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products daily.
• Assist with delivering HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Receive, inspect and stock merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift maintenance checklists.
• Use and maintain OF device.
• Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
• Read orders to determine items to move, gather, distribute, or ship.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Keep grounds and warehouse neat, safe for employees and customers.
• Adhere to safety requirements.
• Wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
