Job summary

You will pick and verify orders, inspect received stock, load and unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain safety and PPE practices daily. This role supports multiple brands and ensures accurate, timely processing for customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with HVAC equipment in a wholesale distribution setting.
• Background in sales, operations, purchasing, or inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify orders for customers.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify accurate receiving, picking and shipping.
• Daily loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery.
• Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise.
• Prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift maintenance checklist.
• Assist management with inventory counts and daily warehouse upkeep.
• Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to management.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products; operate forklifts and equipment.
