Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for morning shifts. This part-time role supports our install and service crews by stocking, organizing, and delivering parts in a timely manner. A clear path to full-time install work is noted as experience grows, with a company vehicle provided for parts runs.

You will stage materials, keep inventory accurate, and coordinate with technicians; a strong safety mindset and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable for a 6:00 am start, five days a week.
• Clear, timely communication with the crew.
• Mechanically inclined with interest in HVAC tech.
• Nice to have: warehouse/parts room or inventory experience; HVAC exposure (training provided).

Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Job type: Part-time, about 10 to 15 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 or 9:00 am

Vehicle: Company truck provided for parts runs

Location

In person at our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI. Work covers the Milwaukee and Waukesha County area.

About the job

Our install and service crews rely on a stocked, organized warehouse. You run it before the workday starts. This is a morning-only role with a real path to full-time install work.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Very good driving record (we run a motor vehicle record check for insurance approval, this is a firm requirement)
• Valid driver's license
