Job summary

Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, WI. This part-time role supports our install and service crews by stocking and organizing the warehouse before work begins, with a morning schedule Monday–Friday and a pathway to full-time install work.

The position involves delivering parts in a company truck, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing materials for upcoming jobs. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and very good driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable for a 6:00 am start, five days a week.
• Clear, timely communication with the crew.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Future goal of becoming Residential HVAC technician.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Job type: Part-time, about 10 to 15 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 or 9:00 am

Vehicle: Company truck provided for parts runs

In person at our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI. Work covers the Milwaukee and Waukesha County area.

About the job

Our install and service crews rely on a stocked, organized warehouse. You run it before the workday starts. This is a morning-only role with a real path to full-time install work.

Requirements

• Very good driving record (we run a motor vehicle record check for insurance approval, this is a firm requirement)
• Valid driver's license
