Job summary

Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling in Davidsonville, MD is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing warehouse team. This full-time role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package as we support our HVAC installation crews.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. You’ll pull and stage parts, receive and stock inventory, load/unload trucks, and keep the warehouse organized. A background check and drug test are required after a conditional offer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience (HVAC/plumbing or similar trade preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP or inventory software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs safely.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts and equipment for installers’ next-day jobs.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory accurately.
• Load and unload trucks and assist installers with vans.
• Maintain inventory levels and keep the warehouse/yard clean.
• Process returns, verify shipments, and handle shipping documentation.
• Ensure the right materials are ready when needed and support the team.

We’re a team-oriented company that believes in integrity, honesty, and taking care of our people. We’re currently looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $18-$23/hr, based on your experience

What You’ll Do:

• Process returns, verify shipments, and handle shipping documentation
• Support the team by making sure the right materials are ready when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• 1 year of warehouse experience (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade)
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory tracking software is a plus
• A reliable, energetic, and organized team player who takes pride in doing things right
