Job summary

Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, WI. This part-time role supports our install and service crews by stocking and organizing the warehouse before work begins, with a morning schedule Monday–Friday and a pathway to full-time install work.

The position involves delivering parts in a company truck, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing materials for upcoming jobs. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and very good driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable for a 6:00 am start, five days a week.
• Clear, timely communication with the crew.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Future goal of becoming Residential HVAC technician.

Responsibilities

• Order parts and check in deliveries.
• Keep warehouse inventory accurate.
• Stage materials for upcoming installation jobs.
• Run parts to technicians and pick up from suppliers in a company truck.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including garbage and recycling.
• Handle other warehouse needs as they arise.
