We are currently in search of a warehouse person.
Day to day duties of this position would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing material
- Sourcing equipment
- Sourcing service repair parts as well as assisting with the service department with accurate pricing to allow them to efficiently perform estimates
- Process, maintain and track warranty claims on defective equipment or parts
- Track, supply and acquire tools as needed
- Prepare and stage all equipment and materials for installations and the subsequent day’s service calls
- Review install equipment with management and assist with any necessary adjustments
- Ownership and maintenance our tool crib
- Manage inventory control
- Monitoring of proper service parts upkeep and supply in order to keep our service truck well equipped
- Maintaining proper inventory levels of installation material
- Assisting service department in acquiring needed service repair parts
- Assist in loading and unloading suppliers’ parts and equipment
- Run parts as needed
- Create and distribute purchase orders
- Verify purchase orders agree to packing slips and confirm accurate pricing
