ENTEC Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager to lead turnkey mechanical installations across central Illinois. You will guide resources, field crews, and subcontractors from kickoff to commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC or mechanical construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace. On-site work, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, or mechanical service project management.
• Technical depth in commercial HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, piping, and job-site operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong leadership.
• Ability to work as a team player and as an independent leader.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities for multiple tasks.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned mechanical, HVAC, and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.
• Collaborate with sales estimators during initial scoping to establish baselines and reduce friction.
• Direct daily field operations, manpower allocation, and material logistics across sites.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedules.
• Track costs, manage invoicing, and develop change orders and RFIs.
• Enforce safety standards and verify contractual/compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with facility owners and general contractors.
