ENTEC Services, Inc. seeks an HVAC / Mechanical Project Manager to lead turnkey installations for commercial and industrial facilities across central Illinois.

You will guide resources, field crews, and subcontractors from kickoff through commissioning to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The role collaborates with sales estimators during pre-bid and scope assembly, with a requirement of 5+ years in HVAC/mechanical project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, or mechanical service project management.
• Understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, piping, and job-site operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an independent leader.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Solid problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Lead turnkey mechanical delivery of HVAC and energy infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with sales estimators during pre-bid and scope assembly.
• Direct daily field operations, manpower allocation, and material logistics.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors."
• Track job costs, invoicing, and change orders/RFIs.
• Enforce safety standards and contractual/code compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project ownership.
