Job summary

Bunker Hill Community College seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee its MA Clean Energy Center Heat Pump and HVAC Training Network grant, expanding HVAC training and career pathways for students in Chelsea and at Charlestown campus. You will recruit, enroll, and support students, coordinate classes, and build industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or related field with relevant experience.
• HVAC maintenance certification and minimum two years in HVAC-related work.
• Experience with budgets, grant administration, and program management.
• Experience working with diverse adult learners in training settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center Heat Pump and HVAC Training Network grant.
• Recruit, enroll, and retain students in the program; schedule classes.
• Hire and supervise instructors; manage program budget and reporting.
• Develop partnerships with employers and training providers; ensure EPA 608 accreditation.
