Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate and HVAC Apprentice to support our Warehouse Manager and experienced technicians while learning the trade. The program starts in the Warehouse and progresses to field work as you gain HVAC experience.

We offer an in-house State recognized Apprentice Program at no cost, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to advance toward installations or service roles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the mechanical or skilled trades industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a Plus; HVAC school completed or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installations and startups of HVAC equipment.
• Learn to communicate with customers and support service visits.
• Participate in in-house training and progression toward a lead role in 9 months.
