West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a Trades Specialist I/II – HVAC to perform installation, maintenance, inspection, and optimization of HVAC and related systems across campus facilities. The role requires on-call responsiveness, safety adherence, and collaboration with the Institutional Facilities team.

Minimum education is high school or GED with HVAC training; EPA 608 certification is required or can be completed within a year.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma; HVAC technical training preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required; may be obtained within 1 year.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or institutional facilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BAS/DDC systems and building automation components.
• Respond to after-hours calls and campus emergencies as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment histories in CMMS.
• Coordinate with contractors and other Facilities staff.
