The Technical College of the Lowcountry is seeking an HVAC Trades Specialist to perform quarterly preventive maintenance on rooftop units, air handlers, boilers, and related systems, ensuring efficient operation and reliable comfort across campus.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting controls, servicing boilers and chillers, managing EMS data, coordinating energy projects, and supporting facilities staff. A high school diploma, EPA license, and 5+ years' HVAC experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA license and HVAC certificates.
• 5+ years experience with commercial HVAC equipment; 2+ years with EMS.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including rooftop, wall, and unitary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, boilers, chillers, pumps, and ductwork.
• Maintain EMS data and analyze energy use to optimize comfort and costs.
• Coordinate with the Director of Facility Management and respond to emergencies.
