Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC systems and equipment.
• Inspects and tests systems for proper functioning.
• Maintains logs and reports of operating conditions.
• Keeps inventory of tools, equipment and chemicals and ensures safety compliance.
• Communicates with District personnel and coordinates with maintenance staff to avoid service disruption.
• Performs cleanup and completes preventative work orders.
